Scarlet Velvet cake for birthday girl

The other day abah bought mama's 'surprise' birthday cake from the Baker's Cottage. It was a new cake, the Scarlet Velvet. According to the Thesaurus, scarlet means brilliant red. So in other words, the cake is the Brilliant Red Velvet. The difference between Scarlet and Red Velvet cake was Scarlet used some kind of yogurt instead of cream  cheese. I love the cake because it is not too sweet, the taste is mild, and the fact that abah bought for mama which is so sweeeet. And the cake was cute too. Not too small or too big. I think it's the 1/2kg cake.

I just realised it's actually a chocolate cake with red colour...

...because mama doesn't like chocolate cake....

Ingat.

Daun ketumbar ialah parsley.

Nak dokong ?

Baru ku tahu mama suka makan dokong.
Dokong ialah adik-beradik kepada duku/langsat tapi semua rupa serupa je.
Tadi on the way balik dari beraya dari rumah sedara, singgahlah satu tempat ni beli dokong.
Dalam banyak2 dokong yang abah beli, this is the best dokong i've ever tasted. Manissss.
Rupanya bukan dokong biasa.
Dokong tembaga (rasanya).
Murah pulak tu.
RM5/kilo.

Aku : Sebab kacang tu tanam dalam botol ?

Beli satu ikat ulam raja di pasar tani.
Harga RM 1 je.
Boleh makan berulang kali, 3-4 kali juga.
Kata internet, khasiatnya melancarkan peredaran darah.
Kata mama, ulam raja untuk awet muda wah !
